Informative Graphics Releases Net-It Central 6.0 - Automated Document and CAD Publishing Software For Intranets/Extranets

Latest Release Embeds Industry-Leading Brava 4.0 Technology for Document Annotation and Optional CAD Support

PHOENIX, Arizona May 6, 2003 -- Informative Graphics Corporation (IGC), a leader in Web-document and collaboration technology, announced today it has released Net-It Central 6.0, the latest version of its Web-publishing automation software. Net-It Central 6.0 boasts document markup and annotation, CAD drawing publish and view support, and significant gains in publishing speed and fidelity - all of which are based on the company's industry-leading Brava!™ 4.0 view and markup technology.

Net-It Central automates publishing of released documents for online access. With Net-It Central, multiple authors can contribute files created in Windows-based office applications directly to an intranet or extranet just by saving the document file. Net-It Central publishes a rendition of the original file, giving administrators complete control over what documents can be read, annotated, printed, or downloaded. The rendition is automatically published, transferred and indexed onto the Net-It Central site server, and made available for search and retrieval.

Net-It Central's flexible functionality can create stand-alone document libraries online, augment existing intranets/extranets, and serve as a Web publishing engine that can be used to extend existing document/content management systems, such as Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server. Net-It Central is a simple way for organizations to share documents and drawings securely - inside and outside the firewall - without having to license software by user. Net-It Central 6.0 is designed for organizations that want out-of-the-box solution that can be installed and configured in less than a day.
