Strategic Partnerships in the Pacific Region Underscore IGC's Global Objectives

PHOENIX, Arizona - June 25, 2002 -- Informative Graphics Corporation (IGC), a leader in Web document and collaboration technology, announced today that it will continue to extend its position in the Japanese marketplace through its partnership with OceanBridge, Inc., a Japanese business development and technology distribution firm. With OceanBridge, the company will be able to leverage strategic relationships with several, large Japanese companies, promoting and supporting IGC's line of document publishing, viewing, and management components and solutions.

Mr. Noriaki Takayama founded OceanBridge, Inc. in the summer of 2001, distributing and supporting IGC's Net-It Central intranet software as its flagship product. Through OceanBridge, IGC will benefit from a growing number of strategic relationships that include Fuji Xerox, Toshiba, Canon, NEC, Fujitsu, SOFTBANK and Justsystem. OceanBridge is IGC's largest international distributor of products based on revenues generated and software shipped, with over 300 installations of Net-It Central.
